What KM Installations does for Foschini

KM Installations commenced work for Foschini on 1 March 2018, after securing a tender for facilities management work for the next five years.

Foschini is one of South Africa’s leading fashion retail brands. It was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) in 1941, making it the first fashion retailer in the country to become a public company.

Today, it’s part of The Foschini Group (TFG), which includes 28 fashion brands and is one of South Africa’s largest, independent chain-store groups.

Relocation services


KM Installations provides Foschini with relocation services for internal and external churns. This includes moves from floor to floor or building to building, as well as nationwide moves, when and where required.

We have a permanent crew on-site at Foschini Head Offices. We also provide a permanent on-site crew member for the Isando, Gauteng stores.

The KM Installations crew at Foschini Head Office is managed by Tracy Jacobs, who has extensive experience in the field. Tracy is in charge of a crew of seven staff members, who carry out day-to-day facilities management tasks. KM Installations also provides a back-up crew of an additional 10 staff members for bigger moves.

The KM Installations team meets on a daily basis to coordinate efforts and determine the best strategies for streamlining work, to the benefit of all involved.
