What KM Installations does for Liberty Life
Managed by Eddie Ncube, our onsite crew of ten staff members at Liberty Life is trained to handle all types of office moves and repairs. This means that staff at Liberty Life can focus on what they do best, while we take care of the practicalities involved in setting up and maintaining office furniture.
Founded in South Africa in 1957, Liberty has grown into an enormously successful financial services company, with over 2.5 million clients and a presence in 16 countries throughout Africa.
Since January 2014, KM Installations has been assisting Liberty Life in Johannesburg by providing complete relocations and churn management services.
On-going churn management
Our team sets up, moves or reconfigures office furniture and workstations as needed. For instance, this includes:
- accommodating new employees by setting up work areas, furniture and screens
- dismantling the workstations of employees who leave and changing locks to ensure security
- setting up spaces for meetings
- re-organising infrastructure to support new needs or changes in staff teams.
Major moves and relocations
We carry out all larger office moves after-hours and on weekends, to ensure that the client has no downtime or loss of production.
All minor repairs and snags
We handle all the little office-related snags that might otherwise prevent Liberty employees from being as productive as they can be. For example, everyone on our onsite team is trained to handle a wide range of repairs, from changing locks to fixing drawers and repairing office chairs.
Whenever Liberty Life employees need assistance, they simply call our helpdesk, managed by Lorraine Madzivanzira. Someone on the team is then dispatched straight away to provide the required help.
