What KM Installations does for Momentum

We have been doing office moves for Momentum’s sister company, Metropolitan, for over 18 years. When the two companies combined in 2010, Momentum engaged our company to carry out office moves.

Momentum is a leading South African provider of financial wellness products and services, including medical aid, insurance, retirement annuities and investments. It’s a subsidiary of MMI Holdings Limited – the company created when Metropolitan Holdings and the Momentum Group merged their operations in 2010.

Office moves and relocations


We do office moves and relocations, from floor to floor, building to building and city to city, on behalf of Momentum. We assist in coordinating moves, and in executing the moves in an efficient, streamlined manner. We also provide storage facilities for the company’s excess furniture.

We maintain a permanent crew of about eight staff for assisting Momentum with day-to-day facilities management tasks. The team has been headed by Zabron Gatsi, our Senior Supervisor, since day one.

Through expert handling of relocations and ongoing facilities management, our crew protects Momentum staff from disruptions, preventing downtime and improving productivity.

We supply Momentum with quality office seating, made to specification at our Cape Town manufacturing facility. KM Installations has many years of experience in both manufacturing and repairing high-quality office chairs, in volumes suitable for medium to large corporations.
