Since September 2014, KM Installations has been manufacturing and supplying all office seating for Old Mutual Finance. In addition, we maintain and repair office furniture for Old Mutual Finance, and handle all deliveries.
Old Mutual is South Africa’s largest financial services provider and has been operating in the country for well over 170 years. Its finance division, Old Mutual Finance, has over 200 branches countrywide.

Managed by Mr Eugene Van Schalkwyk, our expert manufacturing team consists of 14 dedicated employees, who ensure that all the seating we supply is built to exacting standards, using only high-quality materials.
The range of office seating we manufacture for the company includes highback and visitors’ chairs; reception seating – both ottomans and steel airport-style benches; and canteen chairs for kitchen areas.
Since we started supplying Old Mutual Finance, there has been a marked reduction in furniture-related maintenance queries from the company’s staff. We believe this is because our office chairs are of superior quality.
All the office chairs we supply come with a five-year guarantee.
A focus on partnership
We work very closely with project managers at Old Mutual Finance. At weekly planning meetings, we share information, discussing projects and documenting future requirements.
